Yesterday in school I put some more work into the two large paintings I am currently working on, putting a wash of watered acrylic as a base colour for the painting. As this had to dry before I could continue I made a quick A1 charcoal drawing based on buildings local to the school, it was interesting to use charcoal as I’ve not really experimented with it since college.
Before I left I managed to do a bit more work on the paintings and will be continuing to do so today before the last workshop with the students before the Chritmas break.
